ImajineGov
AI finds the bids worth pursuing. We write the response with you.
An internal product we built for our own government work, now run nationwide with an operator producing monthly proposals.
We built this for our own pursuits first.
Imajine designs and builds software, and we were already answering government solicitations for that work. Notices were scattered, most were a poor fit, and every response had a different format. We built an internal product to read notices against what we actually sell, keep the strong fits, and help us write responses.
That same system now supports clients nationwide across service industries. An operator on our team runs it and produces monthly proposals with you. A person still decides what to pursue and reviews the response before it goes out.
How a bid gets chosen
Read the notice
The solicitation, the buyer, the scope, and the due date are compared with what you sell and where you can deliver.
Score the fit
Each bid is judged against your real work and service line. A poor match is dropped early.
Surface the best few
You see the opportunities worth a response, with the reason they fit, instead of a pile of every open notice.
Check the package
The draft is read back against the solicitation: required sections, attachments, signatures, and the submission deadline.
The model does the reading and the ranking. Someone at Imajine makes the go or no-go, and you approve the response before it is submitted.
What we do with you
Find the bids
State and local notices, matched to your offerings and the places you can work.
Decide what's worth it
A recommendation before anyone starts writing: fit, deadline, and what the buyer is actually asking for.
Write the response
The proposal, qualifications, and attachments, in the format that solicitation requires. AI drafts against the requirements. The team edits.
Stay with it
Monthly proposal production from our operator, plus questions, amendments, and the path through submission.

Frequently Asked Questions
About ImajineGov
Is this a software product I log into?
No. You work with the Imajine team. We built an internal product for our own pursuits; clients get the service, not a login.
Does the AI decide which bids we chase?
It ranks them and explains the fit. A person here, with you, decides what to pursue. Nothing is submitted without your review.
Which governments do you cover?
State and local buyers nationwide, including counties, cities, school districts, universities, and authorities that buy on their own.
Which industries do you support?
Service businesses that bid public work, including construction, cleaning, landscaping, facilities, security, IT services, professional services, and transportation. If a solicitation is outside what you deliver, we will say so.
Do you write proposals every month?
Yes. An operator on our team runs the pursuit and produces monthly proposals with you.
Do you guarantee a win?
No. We pursue bids that fit and write a response aimed at that buyer. The agency makes the award.
How do we start?
A conversation. Use Let's Talk.
Ready to pursue the right bids?
Tell us what you sell. We'll show you which public-sector work is worth a response.
